CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and we do our best to accommodate. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone: Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or do not show up, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. If a deposit was paid, it will be forfeited, and any remaining balance required to reach 30% of your service cost will be charged to the card on file. Late Arrivals There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation policy will apply. Arriving late reduces your service time. The number of minutes you are late will be forfeited. Guest Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you—it’s your time to relax. No additional guests are allowed unless you reach out in advance and receive prior approval. Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
